Our 7 Days Returns & Refunds Policy

  • *Prior to any return, please contact us by email or WhatsApp 012-2260 523.
  • *Any return without instruction from us will be rejected and no refund will be entertained.

Our return policy allows for item’s return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item's only when the return is due to following reasons:

 

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

  • Returned item must be shipped back to Sender address within 7 days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
  • You have proof of purchase (invoice number, airbill number or payment slip).
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, certificate of authenticity).
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. All sealed items must not be opened.
  • Services and Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us.
  • Refund is not exchangeable with cash. Only exchangeable with products that has the same value or higher.
  • Deposit is not refundable in cash and only exchangeable with products that shares the same value or higher.

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return does not meet our requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.

 
Can I return an item after the return policy coverage days?

Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days for items under E-IONS Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Total Satisfaction Guaranteed.
After this period, all items is covered by E-IONS Corporation Sdn. Bhd.’s warranty on any manufacture defects.

 
How do I track my return status?

How long is the quality evaluation process?

Replacement process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item. This quality evaluation process may take up to 3 business days.
